Damages & Returns

We do not accept returns of digital products, but offer a return policy on all physical items. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return your order to us, in perfect condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (excl. postage and packaging).

  • Goods returned must be “as new” with no damage.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice / receipt and a written explanation of why you are returning the goods.
  • Refunds will be given in the same form of payment you originally used to make the purchase within 14 days of us receiving your return.
  • All goods must be returned in 'as new' condition free from any defects and in original packaging.
  • Please return goods using a 'signed for' service. If your returns go missing in the post we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • You must contact us within 40 days of dispatch of your order to report non-delivery otherwise your claim will be void. It is important we are notified of non-delivered items early so we have the best chance of finding them.

We do not take responsibility for damages incurred in transit such as broken records. If you experience this please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We try to ensure that your vinyl arrives in the best possible condition, but given the fact these are being handled and transported across the world, small corner dings and minor seam splits may occasionally occur. If you’re a collector who requires mint condition we recommend picking up our releases from your local record store.
